Countryside Hawking is a private falconry centre based in the scenic moorland

and woodland location of North Cornwall. Our falconer Julian Clement, proprietor of

Countryside Hawking, has been a qualified and experienced falconer for over 25 years

and is well known around the West Country for his skills and talents with birds of prey.

 

We keep a variety of hawks, owls and falcons from across the world and if you join us on

an Encounter you will see these magnificent birds and learn about life in the wild as a

bird of prey, and about the ancient skill of training captive birds of prey.
